DEPOSIT
A 20% Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Deposit is taken at the time of booking.
No Exceptions
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations and/or modifications made less than 3 days prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay.
- No-shows and early checkouts will not be refunded.
- All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@hmkosher.com
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to any late checkout.
MEALS
Summer Rates include Breakfast for 2 and lunch only on stayover days. Dinner can be added for $50 per person.
Off season Rates include no meals. Meals can be added at an additional cost.

SMOKING POLICY
The Resort is a smoke-free facility.
If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guestroom
A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
KEY PLOICY
There is a $100 lost key fee
per room key not returned.
